Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement innovative recruitment marketing and employer branding strategies to attract top talent.
- Lead full-cycle recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening to conducting interviews and negotiating offers.
- Create and implement comprehensive talent acquisition and engagement plans aligned with the company's strategic goals.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
