Required Mandatory Skills:
Should understand codes in Java, JavaScript, SQL, React, and Redox
L2 Level support, Incident ManagementChange Management

We are looking for YOU if you have




University Degree in a Software related discipline
4 years experience in a product development or application support role
Solid experience of application management and up-to-date BAU lifecycle
Experience of handson 2nd line support and issue management, with excellent analytical, problem
solving, and decisionmaking skills
Proven capability in managing functional amp; non functional defects to closure
Experienced with implementing change to live production environments
Excellent diagnostic skills debugging, troubleshooting, issue avoidance
Understanding of process automation and system optimisation for scalability and speed
Awareness of ITIL best practices for Problem, Issue amp; Incident management
Beneficial to have EdTech experience but not essential
Tools amp; Technologies
Knowledge of Release Management in agile environments using tools such as Jira, GitHub,
Confluence and CI TeamCity, Jenkins
