Lab Assistant (Flavour & Fragrance Development)
We are seeking a motivated Lab Assistant with a background in Chemistry, Perfumery, or Technology—or a related discipline—to support our R&D; team. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in chemical handling, safety protocols, and good laboratory practices, and will assist in the accurate and timely preparation of fragrance and flavour compounds in close collaboration with our Flavourists.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities





Assist in the development and testing of new fragrance formulations.

Conduct sensory evaluations and analytical testing of flavour samples.

Collaborate with the R&D; team to refine and optimize flavour profiles for diverse food applications.

Prepare explicit, accurate reports documenting experiments, observations, and results.

Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant laboratory environment.

Stay informed about emerging trends, regulations, and innovations in flavour and fragrance science.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Food Science, Perfumery, or a related field.

0–2 years of experience in flavour development, food technology, or a similar industry setting (freshers welcome).

Strong foundational knowledge of food chemistry and flavour chemistry principles.

Effective communication and collaboration skills in a team-based environment.
