Job Description Summary:
Job Overview:
As a trainer on our Tech Academy team, you will be responsible for developing and delivering technical training programs for software engineers and other technical staff. You will play a critical role in shaping the capability and technical skills of our teams, with a training focus on .NET technologies. You will be responsible for creating e-learning courses, updating training materials, leading live training sessions, and providing ongoing support to learners. We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented qualified with a passion for teaching complex technical topics in an engaging and effective manner.
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Training and Facilitation (30%):
