As a Senior Product Manager, Release Engineering, you will drive the strategy and execution of Guidewire’s Release Engineering capabilities, enabling seamless delivery and adoption of our cloud products. Job Description

What you’ll do
- Define and drive the product strategy,



roadmap, and vision for Release Engineering, ensuring alignment with Guidewire’s cloud and AI transformation priorities.
- Establish and optimize the path to production for all Guidewire applications and services, focusing on secure, scalable, and efficient delivery.
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to release velocity, quality, and end-user satisfaction.
- Lead cross-functional teams to evolve Guidewire’s agile development lifecycle, accelerating the delivery of capabilities for cloud hosting.
- Deliver robust test environments that empower the Guidewire community to build, test, and validate solutions with confidence.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and operations teams to embed automation, DevOps, and best practices into release processes.
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, innovative workplace, championing continuous improvement
