About the Role:
We are seeking a Data Analytics Specialist to drive data-driven decision-making and optimize business performance. The ideal candidate will analyze complex datasets, generate actionable insights, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance our travel solutions and customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis & Insights Generation:
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business growth.
- Provide actionable insights to improve operational efficiency, customer experience, and revenue generation.
- Business Performance Monitoring:
- Develop dashboards and reports to track key business metrics.
- Monitor travel trends, customer behaviors, and market dynamics to support strategic planning.
- Collaboration with Stakeholders:
- Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to provide data-driven recommendations.
- Present findings in a explicit,



concise manner to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Data Governance & Quality Assurance:
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data across various platforms and reports.
- Implement best practices for data management and compliance with industry standards.
- Advanced Analytics & Predictive Modeling:
- Utilize statistical models and machine learning techniques to forecast business outcomes.
- Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements.

Requirements:
- 5-8 years of experience in data analytics, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
- Expertise in SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Solid understanding of statistical methods and predictive analytics.
- Ability to translate complex data into meaningful business insights.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
