Job Summary:
You’ll deliver recent product capabilities across our platform, working across the full stack — from database models to UI components — and owning features end-to-end. AI is central to how you’ll work:
you’ll use AI-assisted development tools daily to accelerate your output, build AI-powered product experiences for our customers, and help establish the practices that make our team effective in this new operating model.
What you’ll ship:
- Build and improve APIs, microservices, and frontend experiences that power government agencies at scale
- Own features end-to-end: collaborate with Product and Design to define the problem, build the solution, ship it, and monitor it in production
- Build AI-powered product features — from intelligent data analysis and agent-driven workflows to AI-assisted user experiences that transform how government teams work
- Use AI-assisted development tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, or similar) as a core part of your workflow to accelerate coding, debugging, and documentation
