Accountabilities
- Manage the complete month-end close process, including revenue recognition, deferred revenue, accruals,



reconciliations, and financial reporting activities under U.S. GAAP standards.
- Analyze balance sheet accounts and provide detailed explanations for significant variances, connecting financial results to underlying operational drivers.
- Perform monthly, quarterly, and budget variance analysis to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with FP&A; teams to support annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities while considering accrual and working capital impacts.
- Prepare and review financial statements independently while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery of reporting requirements.
- Mentor Staff Accountants by providing guidance on complex accounting entries, reconciliation practices, and U.S. GAAP accounting decisions.
