Role and Responsibilities:
We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as a Counselor/Trainer. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks including:
- Providing counseling and guidance to clients regarding our EdTech/Education products and services
- Conducting training sessions for clients, both in-person and remotely
- Assessing client needs and recommending suitable solutions
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients




- Monitoring client progress and addressing any concerns or issues

Candidate Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Background in EdTech/Education/Counselling preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Robust problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
