Overview:
The Sales Manager from Agri/Spices/Soya plays a crucial role in driving the sales strategy and revenue growth of the organization. They are responsible for leading and managing the sales team, developing and implementing sales plans and strategies, and building strong client relationships to achieve sales targets and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to drive performance and achieve sales goals
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and market trends
- Establish and maintain robust relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and provide strategic guidance to optimize results
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with business objectives
- Identify and recommend product or service enhancements to meet customer needs
- Conduct regular sales forecasting and budgeting to drive business growth
- Develop and maintain sales policies, procedures, and best practices

Required Qualifications:
