As a Senior Manager- Resourcing and Deployment Team, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing the deployment of employees within the organization, confirming that the right talent is in the right place at the right time. Within our Internal Firm Services practice, you will focus on enhancing employee skills and knowledge, fostering a culture of continuous learning and qualified growth.



Collaborating with subject matter specialists and project teams, you will strategize effective ways to locate, assess, educate, and train employees in line with market developments and firm strategy.

As a Senior Manager, you will leverage your skills and influence to deliver quality results. You will motivate and coach teams to solve complex problems, applying sound judgment to navigate through ambiguity and uncertainty. Your ability to develop and sustain high-performing, diverse, and inclusive teams will contribute to the overall success of the firm. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will engage in dynamic projects, providing distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation.
