Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program or project management in an enterprise, cloud, or technology workplace.
- 5 years of experience staffing project teams, management consulting, or corporate strategy.
- Experience using Salesforce or another CRM.

Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in the business technology market as a program manager in SaaS, cloud computing, or emerging technologies.
- Experience with capacity planning models.
- Experience in staffing and forecasting in fractional staffing models.
- Experience building dashboards in Business Intelligence tools.
