Role and Responsibilities:
We are seeking a Deputy General Manager of Project Management to ensure the overall fulfillment of customer orders and contracts, and to enhance customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for leading and representing the Project Management and Order processing domains, managing their processes, and achieving the objectives of the domains. Your primary duties will include:
- Being the key point of contact for customers during order and project domains
- Implementing and maintaining domain strategies related to Order to Cash
- Analyzing gaps between current and future state, defining operational objectives and milestones
- Identifying process risks and implementing mitigation measures
- Allocating budget and realigning actions and schedules
- Driving continuous improvement of project management processes and practices
- Evaluating customer satisfaction and managing customer relationships
- Managing the portfolio of projects and programs
- Developing and maintaining high-performance teams
- Establishing transparent and consistent communication channels within the organization
- Contributing to functional and business improvement and using development methodologies
- Promoting and maintaining best practices and workflows for service excellence
- Preparing and maintaining MIS reports for effective decision-making
- Ensuring successful performance in 3rd party assessments and audits
- Responsible for the company and 3rd party safety performance on project deliveries
- Performing other tasks assigned by management
Candidate Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, you should have the following qualifications:
- B.E/B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering
- PMP certification
- Minimum 15
