Job Purpose:
The Incharge - Project QSE is responsible for managing and monitoring all Quantity Surveying (QS) and Estimation (E) activities at the BU (Business Unit) level. This role ensures effective cost control, accurate budgeting, and timely cost reporting throughout the project's lifecycle for all Projects under BU / Region. The Incharge will be responsible and accountable for the preparation of Budgets and Cost estimates, track and report on actual costs, and ensure that cost-related risks are identified and mitigated. The position requires close collaboration with project teams, cost consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure adherence to budgets, optimize costs, and manage change orders efficiently.

Cost Estimation and Budgeting :
Preparation of Project Budgets at various stages including detailed cost estimates, cost summarization, budget assumptions etc and initiating Budget Sign off.
Conduct / Review and validate quantity take-offs from
