Your team

This role sits within our Corporate Actions team, part of IG’s global Operations function. The team processes all corporate action events across physical, CFD, and spread betting accounts, manages equity transfer operations, and drives automation across our global corporate actions capability. We operate from Bangalore, working closely with custodians, brokers, and internal stakeholders in Australia,



Singapore, Japan and UK to deliver accurate, timely outcomes for our clients

Your role in the Team's Success

We’re looking for a leader who will improve how this team operates — not simply maintain it. You will be the team’s process expert on corporate actions — someone who has personally processed every event type and understands the workflows end-to-end. This is a hands-on leadership role: you’ll be in the detail daily, processing alongside your team, while driving automation and leveraging AI to simplify day-to-day operations. We’re looking for someone who embraces change, questions how things are done, raises quality standards, and gives honest and constructive feedback — bringing their team along with confidence and clarity.
