Navi is seeking talented and innovative Product Designers across all levels to join our team. As a Product Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our financial services products.



You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design user-centric solutions that deliver exceptional experiences to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

Advanced User-Centered Design
- Translate user insights into sophisticated user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Ensure all design solutions are deeply informed by a nuanced understanding of user behavior, needs, and preferences.

Strategic Collaboration and stakeholder management
- Partner with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define design strategies and objectives.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions and provide design recommendations with a focus on strategic goals and complex problem-solving.

Data-Driven Design
- Analyze user behavior data, usage patterns, and feedback to inform design decisions.
- Work closely with data teams to incorporate key insights that drive better design solutions.

Prototyping, Testing, and Iteration
- Develop advanced interactive prototype
