Accountabilities:

The IT Recruitment Consultant will be responsible for managing sourcing activities,



supporting recruitment delivery, and building strong candidate pipelines for technology-focused roles. The role requires a proactive approach to talent identification, candidate evaluation, and stakeholder collaboration.
- Conduct proactive sourcing and passive candidate searches for a variety of IT positions using platforms such as LinkedIn, GitHub, and job boards.
- Build, maintain, and document talent pipelines aligned with current and future hiring requirements.
- Partner with recruitment teams and stakeholders to understand role priorities, hiring challenges, and candidate expectations.
- Perform initial candidate screenings, pre-assessments, and qualification reviews to evaluate suitability for open positions.
- Support recruitment documentation, applicant tracking system updates, dashboards, and regular hiring reports.
