Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct soft collections via calls to resolve outstanding balances in a polite and qualified manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service while ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and follow up on pending issues.

Qualifications:
- HSC/Graduates (Freshers are welcome to apply).
- SSC with at least 1 year of BPO experience is also acceptable.
- Excellent command of English communication skills is essential for customer interaction.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
