About:
NVS Travel Solutions is an 18-year-old, ₹65 crore company providing employee transportation services to several leading organizations across Bangalore. As part of our growing operations team, we are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Transport Executive (Routing & Tracking) to manage routing, tracking, and coordination activities efficiently.

Pre-requisites:

Minimum 3 years of experience in transport routing and MIS, preferably in the Bangalore region.

Very fast and fluent in Excel, especially formulas and keyboard shortcuts (essential skill).

Good written English and professional email communication skills.

Strong sense of responsibility, accuracy, and urgency in daily tasks.





Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs):

Prepare and optimize employee transport routes using Excel.

Coordinate via email and WhatsApp with clients, drivers, and internal teams.

Prepare accurate and timely MIS reports.

-
Train and guide junior transport executives to ensure process consistency.

Maintain operational discipline and smooth daily transport functioning.
