Your recent role

As Associate Lead System Manager in Clinical Data Solutions GBS, you will be the single point of contact for all system and service-related matters for OpenStudyBuilder (OSB) , Clinical Data Warehouse (CDW) as well as support systems within CDS as prioritized. You will establish and support the operation and maintenance of these critical IT systems, ensuring they meet quality, compliance and business requirements while driving continuous improvement.

Your key responsibilities will include:
- Supervising day-to-day usage, processes, operation and maintenance of OSB and CDW, acting as the central liaison and escalation point for system owners, users and stakeholders
- Managing vendor relationships including developing and negotiating SLAs,



following up on deliveries and service targets, and ensuring compliance with Novo Nordisk standards
- Driving incident and problem management in collaboration with vendors and architects, producing system-specific reports with corrective actions where applicable
- Ensuring systems remain compliant with relevant internal quality management procedures and external regulatory guidelines, including GxP requirements
- Actively participating in Agile meetings to define system strategy, service roadmaps and risk management in cooperation with stakeholders and architects
- Creating and continuously evaluating funding models to ensure sufficient support levels aligned with system strategy
- Championing continuous improvement of processes surrounding the systems – from delivery and communication to vendor management and invoicing – in line with Novo Nordisk Standard Operating Procedures
