We are looking for a strategic and results-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to take ownership of our advertising campaigns and manage a team focused on driving brand awareness, customer acquisition, and engagement across digital platforms. The ideal candidate will be a skilled leader with deep expertise in digital advertising, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other platforms, and possess a passion for building high-performance teams.

Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) to meet business objectives.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies and budgets to achieve optimal results and KPIs.
Conduct A/B testing, audience segmentation, and competitive analysis to improve ad performance.
Manage paid search, display, and social media advertising campaigns to drive traffic, leads, and sales.
Collaborate with the creative team to ensure ad creatives align with campaign goals and branding.
Team Management & Development:
Lead, mentor,



and manage a team of digital marketing professionals.
Foster a collaborative team environment that promotes creativity, innovation, and accountability.
Set clear objectives and KPIs for the team, ensuring they are aligned with company goals.
Provide regular feedback, training, and career development opportunities to the team.
Monitor team performance, ensure deadlines are met, and proactively address challenges.
Strategic Planning & Reporting:
Work closely with senior management to develop and execute the digital marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
Report regularly on the effectiveness of digital campaigns, presenting actionable insights to senior leadership.
Budget Management:
Oversee digital marketing budgets, ensuring campaigns stay within financial guidelines while achieving maximum ROI.

Qualifications
