Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in commercial/workplace interior projects to manage projects end-to-end. The role involves overseeing execution, coordinating with clients and stakeholders, and ensuring timely, high-quality delivery in line with project specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end execution of commercial/workplace interior projects
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and external partners
- Plan, track, and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources
- Ensure compliance with design intent, quality standards, and project specifications
- Oversee execution teams to ensure smooth on-site operations
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and issues
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget,



and to the highest quality standards

Must Have
- Proven experience in commercial corporate interiors / workplace projects
- Strong knowledge of commercial fit-outs and workplace solutions
- Excellent client coordination and stakeholder management skills
- Hands-on experience managing site execution and multiple vendors
- Solid planning, organizational, and communication abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- 7+ years of relevant experience in commercial/workplace interiors
- Experience working with corporate clients and large-scale projects
- Detail-oriented, execution-focused, and quality-driven
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced project environment
