*Job Description: Inside Sales Role - Retail Sales Advisor*

*Position*: Retail Sales Advisor
*Location*: Lower Parel
*Salary*: ₹2.75 LPA to ₹5.5 LPA + ₹4 Lac Incentive
*Working Days*: Monday to Friday (4th and 5th Saturdays are working)
*Working Hours*: 8.5-hour shift (Login between 9 AM - 10:30 AM, Log-out between 5:30 PM - 7:30 PM)

*Role Overview*:
As a Retail Sales Advisor, you will help clients build wealth through smart equity investments. You will spend most of your day talking to potential customers on the phone, selling our products. Good communication skills are essential. You will need to plan and make new and follow-up calls to meet your targets. Knowing about the equity market and being positive at selling is crucial.

*Key Responsibilities*:
1. Make 100-150 calls daily.
2. Talk for 3.5 hours each day.
3. Find at least 1 new prospect daily.
4. Meet daily tasks and achieve weekly/monthly goals.

*Requirements*:
* Great communication skills.
* Strong selling and persuading abilities.
* Good understanding of our products.
* Ability to plan and manage daily calls to meet targets.
* Stay updated on news and events in the equity market.
