Role Overview:
In this position you’ll leverage your tech writing skills and expand your experience in project management and reporting. Given our international workforce, be prepared to enjoy the broad spectrum of colleagues,



and be open to learning more about those who have differing opinions. Additional opportunities for growth can include editing, systems admin tasks, UI text copy writing/editing, and technical training to write deeply complex content.

About the Role:
- Develop, manage, and deliver high-quality written content under tight deadlines in a fast-moving software development environment.
- Attention to detail must drive you, making sure that content is explicit and accurate, while conveying the proper voice while adhering to our internal style guide.
- Part of this role is constantly advocating for our customers, finding the seams in customer experience before our users do.
- An ideal candidate is a highly organized person who is experienced in running documentation projects and who enjoys cross-functional work.

About You:
- 4 - 8 years experience in technical writing, ideally with time in SaaS products.
