We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Manager - RFP Writer

In this role, you will be:
- Lead and complete RFPs, RFIs and DDQs for Institutional and Wholesale clients and consultants globally, across multiple asset classes and strategies.
- Support HSBC Asset Management’s growth ambitions by delivering high-quality, client-ready responses that articulate our investment philosophy, capabilities and competitive advantages.
- Partner closely with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather, validate and shape accurate content and data.




- Collaborate cross-border with RFP colleagues in other regions to deliver regional and global submissions, including shared DDQs and client documents.
- Plan and manage work effectively in a deadline-driven environment, balancing multiple requests and shifting priorities.
- Manage stakeholder expectations through clear communication, progress updates and proactive issue escalation where needed.
- Apply robust attention to detail and problem-solving to address interpretation gaps, data availability issues and compliance considerations.
- Share best practices and contribute to continuous improvement of RFP processes, content quality and team efficiency.

To be successful you will be:
- Have 3–6 years’ post-graduation experience in a relevant role (e.g., RFP/RFI/DDQ writing, client reporting, product specialist support, or institutional proposals).
- Bring strong hands-on experience with RFPs, RFIs and DDQs, incl
