Job Purpose

To support its growth, John Cockerill Energy Solutions, headquartered in Belgium, is opening an office in Mumbai and is hiring a Piping Design-Checker role.





The Piping Designer is an employee responsible of power piping networks design of the products of the Energy Solutions Business line of John Cockerill, mainly HRSG’s (Heat Recovery Steam Generators) and Industrial Boilers... He/She is in charge of the spooling of piping networks in the CAD software integrating the different equipments in the 3D model and paying particular attention to interfaces. He/She assures the delivery on time of piping spools isometric drawings according to the milestones defined by the Project Teams. He/She is particularly responsible to deliver his/her work in conformity with internal quality standards as defined in the QMS (quality management system) of the Energy Solutions Business line of John Cockerill.

The Piping Designer is responsible for the delivery of the piping isometric drawings and special items detailed manufacturing drawings under the hierarchical responsibility of the Piping Design Manager and the functional responsibility of the Technical Project Manager with the following
