Job Role:
The Resource will be responsible for FPNA & Management Reporting within the organisation.

What you'll be responsible for
1.



Financial Planning & Forecasting
- Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasts, and long-range planning for TMICC
- Partner with business stakeholders to align financial plans with strategic objectives
- Analyze variances between actuals vs budget/forecast and provide actionable insights
- Build and maintain robust financial models

2. Management Reporting
- Prepare and present monthly/quarterly management reports
- Develop dashboards and MIS reports highlighting key KPIs
- Ensure timely, accurate, and standardized reporting across TMICC units
- Support executive reviews with clear financial narratives and insights

3. Performance Analysis
- Track and evaluate financial and operational performance
- Conduct margin analysis, cost optimization, and profitability reviews
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to improve business performance
- Benchmark TMICC performance against internal and ex
