Sourcing Executive/Procurement Executive – Bengaluru, India
What this job involves:
Sourcing and Procurement
In this role, I will be at the bottom of our clients' mail room operations—focusing on the nitty-gritty of related tasks, so everything is up and running. And when things go astray at any stage and iron them out as soon as possible.
Specific duties:
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage procurement and support FM team in all needed topics in order to ensure high results aligned with the Sourcing & Internal Controls objectives.
- Manage Jaggaer (Vendor Performance Management & Contracts) and Aravo (Vendor creation & Management)
- Review and understand technical specifications of Stakeholder Purchase Requisition.
- Upload in the Internal Purchase Requisition Tracker.
- Send RFQ/RFP to the respective vendors and ask for sample if required for quality verification. Validate Quotation as per the requirements.
- Negotiate terms and prices with vendor/supplier to ensure cost-efficiency and quality.
- Coordinate with the internal department HOD for sample quality validation.
- Developed and Maintained relationship with key suppliers/vendors for smooth communication and to meet required expectations.
- Making sure that all the procured items must meet the required quality standards and specification.
- Maintain supplier/vendors database up to date.
- Prepare Price Comparison sheet and submit for approval to the aut
