Job Description
- Lead end-to-end solution design for SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- Conduct requirement‑gathering workshops and translate business needs into robust EC configurations.
- Own the overall EC architecture, data models, workflows, and integrations.
- Design and configure EC objects including Position Management, Business Rules, Event Derivations, MDF Objects, and Foundation Objects.
- Ensure seamless integration of EC with other SF modules and third‑party systems (Payroll, Onboarding, Time, etc.).
- Review functional specifications and guide technical teams on integrations, Data Migration, and API usage.
- Lead UAT cycles, coordinate defect resolution,



and ensure successful deployment.
- Create and maintain design documents, configuration workbooks, test scripts, and solution blueprints.
- Provide expert-level support for complex issues and guide junior consultants in solution design.

Ensure adherence to best practices, data governance, compliance, and client Standards
Works in the area of Software Engineering, which encompasses the development, maintenance and optimization of software solutionsorapplications.
