Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM).
- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to analyze complex system issues and identify root causes.
- Experience in monitoring and managing IT infrastructure components to ensure optimal performance.
- Ability to work with incident management and problem management processes within IT service management frameworks.
