We are seeking an experienced and proactive Safety Manager to lead and oversee all Health, Safety, and Workplace (HSE/EHS) functions for large-scale industrial/construction projects.



The role requires strong leadership to drive a zero-harm safety culture, ensure regulatory compliance, and proactively manage risks across all site activities.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in mechanical, electrical, and MEP construction environments, with strong exposure to industrial/manufacturing project execution.

Key Responsibilities

Safety Leadership & Strategy
- Lead and implement the overall HSE strategy for project sites.
- Develop and drive safety policies, procedures, and standards aligned with statutory requirements.
- Promote a strong safety culture across all stakeholders including contractors and vendors.
- Establish safety goals, KPIs, and performance monitoring systems.

Site Safety Management
- Conduct and supervise regular site safety inspections and audits to identify hazards.
- Ensure compliance with national and local safety regulations, OHS norms, and company standards.
