Group Description:
As Manager, People Operations, you will lead a team that delivers timely, accurate, and compliant support across employee inquiries and core People processes. This role will help centralize and streamline global support by translating the needs of People teams into scalable day-to-day execution, reinforcing service standards, and driving consistent ways of working. In close partnership with People stakeholders, you will oversee daily operations, develop team capability, provide feedback on process feasibility, and support continuous improvement to enhance service delivery and the employee experience.
Specific Responsibilities:

and develop a team that supports employee inquiries, key People processes, benefits and leave activities, and other employee lifecycle transactions in support of global People teams.
- Support the implementation of centralized processes by establishing workflows, clarifying team responsibilities, and reinforcing service standards to support a scalable operation.
- Oversee day-to-day team operations, including workload balancing and prioritization of urgent matters to support service level performance.
- Monitor productivity, service quality, and operational performance; identify trends, gaps, and process issues, and take action to improve outcomes and reduce risk.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for complex or sensitive employee matters, exercising sound judgment to resolve issues independently where appropriate and escalating risk, policy, or stakeholder concerns when needed.
