Tookitaki is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead and optimize Agile execution and cross-functional program delivery across its AI-powered financial crime prevention platforms—FinCense and the Anti-Financial Crime (AFC) Ecosystem. This role is ideal for someone with proven expertise in scrum operations, release management, cross-team coordination, and technical project tracking in a fast-paced, product-driven workplace.

This role is central to Tookitaki’s mission to build trust in financial services, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality technology that helps banks and fintechs prevent fraud and comply with AML regulations.

Position Purpose

Technical Program Manager will oversee the day-to-day execution of engineering sprints and product releases, ensuring alignment with both client timelines and product objectives. This role drives Agile rigor, manages dependencies across squads,



and ensures delivery is on-time, within scope, and audit-ready. The individual will also serve as a liaison across product, engineering, and customer-facing teams.

Key Responsibilities

Sprint & Agile Management

Own and facilitate sprint ceremonies across squads—planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, grooming, and reviews.

Track sprint progress, maintain burn-down charts, and ensure sprint deliverables are met.

Release Planning & Tracking

Drive release readiness reviews, ensuring code freeze, QA sign-off, and documentation are complete.

Maintain a centralized release calendar across engineering and product teams.

Cross-Team Collaboration & Communication

Serve as the program coordination point across Engineering, Product, Client Success, and QA.
