Overall 2+ years 1+ years Implementation & Support experience of SAP-SuccessFactors OnB Module At least 1 Implementation and support experience. Implementation Support of SAP SuccessFactors RCM Module. Primary Skills Should have Implementation and support experience of SAP SuccessFactors RCM Module. Must be certified (SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting: Recruiter Experience and SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting: Candidate Experience) Perform various analyses pertaining to RCM system and project stats to the higher management in terms of system usage support handling and projects engagement. Ability to coordinate and work in a global setting working with multiple teams. Complete understanding of core recruitment process Integration experience with EC and Onboarding modules Secondary Skills Good to have skills SF EC SF ONB SF PMGM.
