Zinnov’s Strategy practice is where you help leadership teams define and execute growth agendas using structured, data-backed problem solving—especially in technology services.

In this practice, you’ll get:
- Work on high-impact topics like long-range strategy, positioning, org design, and growth theses.
- Hands-on GTM and revenue acceleration exposure—white space, offering design, account strategy (Zinnov’s KPA framework), channels, and leakage reduction.
