The Role
We are looking for an Implementation Specialist, as part of the Professional Services team, who will be responsible for managing projects to ensure the delivery of customer focused products.
This role reports directly into Head of Implementation.

What You’ll Do




- Support the pre and post sales process by recommending best practice use of the established Solera product set.
- Technical customer facing expert, able to communicate clearly and easily with both business and technical contacts, ie customer workflow adaptation and API integration.
- Gather all customer requirements to deliver a thorough and customer focused implementation and configuration strategy.
- Ability to document test scenarios of configuration to support QA.
- SME in a number of the Solera products, particularly understanding the configuration and integration capabilities.
- Collaborate with both configuration and training team to deliver customer requirements and the broader Solera team to deliver recent product developments.
- On occasion train the customer on the newly delivered configuration.
- Cross functional alignment with product and sales to ensure alignment on roadmap, and delivery in line with customer/revenue expectations.
- Provide 3rd level support on customer deliveries
