JOB SUMMARY:

To drive revenue growth, market expansion, and strategic business development for membrane products (RO, NF, UF) and solutions across India and assigned regions,



while leading the sales organization and key customer relationships.

Under strategic leadership, provide proposal and project facilitation support to both internal and external customer base. Liaison with team members to effectively manage sales activities and maximize revenue by interfacing with planning and other departments to ensure customer service orders are prioritized on the build-plan.

- Develop and execute India sales strategy aligned with global business goals
- Achieve revenue, margin, and market share targets
- Identify growth opportunities in Industrial water & wastewater, PS and other focus segments.

- Lead, mentor, and scale national sales team
- Set KPIs, monitor performance, and drive accountability
