Head of Brand Marketing (Real Estate Advisory)

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled individual to join our team as the Head of Brand Marketing (Real Estate Advisory). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing and a deep understanding of the real estate industry. As the Head of Brand Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to promote our brand and drive business growth.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Craft strategies for all Marketing teams, including Digital, Social, Advertising, Communications, and Creative
- Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets for the Marketing department
- Set, monitor, and report on team goals. Build individual team member KPIs
- Craft quarterly and annual hiring plans
- Monitor competition




- Coordinate extensively with Pan India sales heads and team leads and boost marketing efforts per monthly requirements
- Run successful marketing campaigns
- Utilize web analytics, Google AdWords, FB Ads, and other platforms effectively
- Manage CRM software
- Demonstrate leadership skills in goal setting and prioritization
- Coordinate and present Marketing strategies and results to the management
- Deliver Marketing results across various verticals
- Implement E-mail Marketing and data acquisition strategies
- Generate digital leads using traditional and current-age tools and platforms while adhering to strict budgets
- Analyze Marketing team metrics and take corrective measures to improve performance
- Ensure smooth functioning of CRM software for lead management
- Train all teams on CRM software and drive increased adoption of web software and mobile app
- Improve reporting to the management through ongoing efforts and transparency
