- Roles & Responsibilities:
Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable application solutions.
- Lead and manage team performance, driving accountability and excellence.
- Make informed technical decisions in collaboration with multiple teams.
- Solve complex technical problems impacting both your team and wider project teams.
- Provide mentorship and support to junior developers, promoting continuous learning.
- Continuously assess and enhance the performance, security, and usability of applications.
- Support and enhance existing applications through troubleshooting and performance tuning.




- Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging technologies in SAP and application development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
Must-Have Skills:
- Expertise in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- Strong understanding of application design patterns and development methodologies.
- Experience with database management, performance tuning, and optimization.
- Familiarity with SAP integration tools and techniques.
- Working knowledge of Agile methodologies and project lifecycle management.
- Additional Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years’ hands-on experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- Proven ability to lead teams and drive decision-making across functions.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
