Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain,



and deliver executive-level Resource Management reporting for firm-wide leadership and individual Business Units.
- Prepare recurring and ad hoc dashboards, reports, and analyses related to workforce capacity, demand, utilization, staffing, availability, forecast accuracy, and resource deployment.
- Translate complex data into explicit, concise insights that enable leadership to make informed decisions.
- Partner with the Senior Director of Resource Management to identify reporting needs, define metrics, and improve visibility into firm-wide resource health.
- Create reporting packages and presentations that are polished, accurate, and appropriate for executive audiences.
- Pull, combine, validate, and analyze data from multiple systems and sources, including resource management tools, financial systems, HR systems, project management tools, and Excel-based trackers.
