We are seeking a strategic and data-driven Paid Media leader to drive scalable growth through high-impact digital marketing initiatives. This role will own the development and execution of global paid media strategies across multiple channels, markets, and customer segments. You will be responsible for optimizing investments, improving acquisition efficiency, and building measurement frameworks that connect marketing performance to business outcomes. Working closely with teams across Marketing, Data, Engineering, Product, Finance, and external partners, you will help shape a full-funnel growth strategy. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, innovative environment and combines solid analytical expertise with creative problem-solving. Accountabilities:




- Lead paid media budget planning and allocation strategies across products, regions, languages, and channels, optimizing for return on investment and customer lifetime value.
- Own end-to-end campaign strategy and execution across platforms such as Google Search, DV360, Performance Max, Meta, UAC, ASA, and other emerging channels, including campaign setup, bidding, optimization, and creative testing.
- Develop and manage audience strategies across the customer funnel, including segmentation, remarketing, and lookalike audiences to improve reach and conversion efficiency.
- Establish and evolve measurement frameworks, including attribution models, incrementality testing, and Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), in collaboration with Data and Engineering teams.
- Manage relationships with media agencies, advertising platforms, and vendors, including negotiations, renewals, and performance management.
