Job Purpose: Team Member - Rail Operations focuses on real-time monitoring of train movements, ensuring schedule adherence,



coordinating with dispatchers and stakeholders, and promptly addressing any operational issues to maintain effective and safe rail transport logistics.

Responsibilities
Train Tracking and Monitoring:
- Track train locations and status in real-time, providing accurate and timely updates to stakeholders.

Capacity Management:
- Verify and document train arrivals and departures, ensuring accurate cargo information and tracking railcar movements within the terminal.

Incident Management:
- Monitor and report incidents or irregularities, assist in developing contingency plans, and communicate critical information about train operations to internal teams.

Documentation and Reporting:
- Collect data on train movements, dwell times, and incidents, and assist in preparing performance reports to identify improvement areas and optimize efficiency.
