Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA)
Experience:
- Candidates with 1+ years of relevant experience will be preferred
- Prior exposure to SEBI Compliance, PMS, RIA, AIF, Audit, Taxation, or Financial Services will be an added advantage

Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
SEBI Compliance
- Handle compliance activities related to PMS, RIA, and AIF operations
- Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and half-yearly compliance reports
- Ensure adherence to SEBI regulations, circulars, and guidelines
- Manage regulatory filings and maintain compliance documentation
- Coordinate with auditors and regulatory authorities as required
- Monitor regulatory updates and implement necessary compliance measures
- Perform additional compliance-related assignments as assigned

Direct Taxation & Audit
- Handle TDS, Income Tax, Capital Gain Tax, and related compliances




- Support internal audits and quarterly audit activities
- Maintain compliance records and documentation
- Assist in tax planning and reporting functions
- Ensure timely completion of statutory and regulatory requirements

Requirements:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Good documentation and reporting skills
- Strong attention to detail with a compliance-focused mindset
- Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting
- Working knowledge of Direct Taxation and TDS provisions
- Ability to learn and adapt to regulatory changes
- Knowledge and practical use of AI tools for productivity, reporting, research, and workflow efficiency
- Good communication and professional coordination skills
