Job Summary:
The Manager – Talent Acquisition is responsible for leading end-to-end recruitment activities, workforce planning, employer branding, and talent sourcing strategies to attract and hire qualified healthcare and non-healthcare professionals in alignment with the hospital's growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from manpower requisition to onboarding.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies for clinical, nursing, allied health, and support functions.
- Partner with department heads to understand workforce requirements and hiring priorities.
- Monitor recruitment metrics, turnaround time (TAT), and hiring effectiveness.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines through job portals, social media, consultants, and employee referrals.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Drive employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
- Lead, mentor, and guide the recruitment team to achieve hiring targets.
