Job Description:Pinnacle Advisors is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Accounts Assistant. The ideal candidate will be a recent B.Com graduate with a basic understanding of accounts and finance, eager to learn and grow in a dynamic workplace.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in day-to-day accounting activities, including data entry, bookkeeping, and reconciliations.
- Handle basic financial transactions such as invoices, payments, and receipts.




- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions using accounting software like Tally.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Support senior staff with ad-hoc financial tasks and projects as needed.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field.
- 0-1 year of experience in accounting or finance (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in using accounting software, preferably Tally.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
