We're looking for a Solutions Engineer to become the technical backbone of our sales organization. You'll partner closely with Account Executives to drive complex deals by building tailored pilot environments, configuring customer workflows, responding to technical evaluations, and ensuring seamless technical handovers.

- Ability to translate customer workflows into scalable product configurations
- Experience supporting technical sales cycles through demos, pilots, RFPs, or solution engineering
Comfortable balancing structured execution (RFPs, documentation, evaluations) with creative problem-solving (solution design, workflow configuration)
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify technical concepts for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- High ownership, attention to detail, and proactive follow-through
- Ability to collaborate effectively across Sales, Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success
- Passion for building repeatable processes and improving operational efficiency

Expected Results within 60 Days:
- Develop a strong understanding of Recruiterflow's product, customers, competitive landscape, and technical architecture
- Independently support Account Executives on technical evaluations, RFPs, and cust
