Role Purpose
As Specialist - Regional HR at Accelya, you will deliver HR generalist advisory services to employees and managers across assigned regional markets, managing employee relations matters, supporting local compliance and ensuring HR processes are effectively implemented.

Duties & Responsibilities
• Act as the primary HR generalist point of contact for employees and managers in assigned regional markets, providing advice on HR policies, employment legislation and people processes
• Manage employee relations matters including performance management, disciplinary, grievance and absence cases,



applying local employment law and Accelya's global standards
• Coordinate key HR lifecycle events for regional employees including onboarding, job changes, probation reviews and offboarding
• Use Workday HCM AI features and Workday People Analytics to monitor regional workforce metrics and attrition trends
• Maintain knowledge of local employment legislation, ensuring HR processes and documentation are compliant and current
• Use generative AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT or equivalent) for policy localisation, ER documentation drafting and cross-cultural HR communication
• Support regional talent processes including performance cycles, development planning and engagement survey follow-up

Required Experience & Skills
• 3–5 years of HR generalist experience, including employee relations case management in a multi-country environment
• Positive knowledge of employment law in relevant regional jurisdictions
