What’s the role

You will work in a virtual team of global HRIT DevOps organization, responsible for providing HR System Support to all Shell employees, external candidates, and extended enterprise, on implemented HR Compensation & Performance Management (Workday).

You will be part of Workday Functional DevOps team, supporting Workday Compensation & Performance Management and understand different Workday modules.

You will be deeply involved in maintaining Workday Compensation & Performance Management live Countries and defects resolution, Change Requests and CI items post deployment maintenance and troubleshooting.



You will be required to understand both the technical and business side of HRIT processes, to deliver greater business impact and improved employee experience in a more affordable way.

What you’ll be doing

As an HRIT DevOps Engineer, you are expected to:
- Actively contribute to value delivery through “One Team – One Goal”, “Self-Organizing” and “Continuous Improvement” agile principles. We operate with solid emphasis on teamwork and close collaboration across all roles and functions
- Troubleshoot issues in Workday landscape & integrations to multiple systems – deploying fixes and/or working with other systems support teams to identify/deploy fix
- Monitor end to end Workday landscape using monitoring tools, investigate and proactively fix systemic issues either through system changes or working with other systems support teams
- Ensuring integrity of the end-to-end landscape, data flows and integrations with connected systems thro
