We are seeking a highly skilled Automation Lead with solid expertise in test automation strategy, framework development, and execution across enterprise systems.
The role focuses on driving end-to-end automation, improving test coverage, accelerating releases, and enabling AI-driven quality insights. The candidate will lead automation delivery, support testing governance, and ensure UAT readiness and client sign-off coordination.
Hands-on experience with Robot Framework is mandatory. Exposure to PEP+ (Mainframe-based), CNS, and Payment Exchange systems is preferred.
• Strong expertise in:
o Robot Framework (mandatory and hands-on)
o Test automation (UI, API, and integration testing)
• Experience with:
o Automation frameworks and reusable design patterns
• Knowledge of:
o API testing (Postman/Newman or similar tools)
• Strong capability in:
o Defect triage & root cause analysis
o Data validation & test execution
• Experience in:
o Testing support (SIT/UAT) and client sign-off coordination
• Excellent:
o Stakeholder communication and leadership skills
