Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Course Delivery Coordinator to oversee the successful implementation and delivery of our products and services. The Delivery Manager will be responsible for managing programs, ensuring customer satisfaction, and coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time and excellent customer experience. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, program management skills, and a passion for education technology.

Key Responsibilities:
- Program Management:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of programs,



ensuring timely and successful implementation.
- Develop detailed program plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and key milestones.
- Monitor program progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and customer expectations.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers during the delivery phase.
- Understand customer requirements and translate them into actionable project plans.
- Provide regular updates to customers on project status, milestones, and deliverables.
- Address customer concerns immediately and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Team Coordination:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, tech, content, and support, to ensure seamless project execution.
